Rakshith Reddy Gopidi is an ingenious problem solver who enjoys working at the intersection of cutting-edge technologies and management. He is a Techno-Managerial enthusiast with a passion for entrepreneurship and product management. Rakshith has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Data Science from NIIT University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering Management and Leadership from Rice University. Rakshith has 2.69 years of relevant experience in Product and Program Management, Business Development, and Operations. He is currently working as a Product/Program Manager at Cutso India, where he has implemented various sales strategies using data mining and analytics techniques based on various AI/ML algorithms. He has also implemented the OKRs and the associated KPIs ensuring product, customer, and team success as dynamic throughout the workflow. Rakshith has built Data Visualizations using Python Libraries for product KPIs that reduced manual reporting work by 4 hours daily. He has also created customer journeys, product roadmaps, detailed user stories/requirements, and executed product discovery techniques. Previously, Rakshith has worked as a Business Development Manager at Byju's, where he curated new product strategy from over 30000+ customer survey responses within 4 months. He also drove over 1 million INR expansion revenue in 3 months for existing clients by building relationships with stakeholders and identifying areas of expansion. Rakshith has managed a team of 12 business development associates to improve lead generation and revenue by 12%. Rakshith has also co-founded a Food Tech company while undertaking graduation, which started a food chain called "Lush! By Tandoor Man". As a Co-Founder and Program Manager, he ensured all the projects adhered to the defined scope, budget, and schedule. He also exceeded revenue goals, increasing revenue by 30% in 2020 through developing 2 new campaigns despite Covid.
